A Thankful Heart Part 2 Seven Bible Verses to Help Us Give Thanks
We are instructed in the Bible to be thankful. If we are honest, this can be sometimes difficult to do when we look at our circumstances. However, if we focus on God’s character and His promises, we can develop a grateful heart. As a language arts teacher, I love reading the Bible as literature. Throughout the Bible, there are many similes and metaphors that describe His character. May focusing on these descriptions help us develop a heart of thanks.
